My favorite student section in the country -- Orange Krush. There are lots of great student sections out there. The Orange Krush is the only one that I know of that makes fundraising for non-profit organizations a part of its core values.
Why post this today? I was going to get into great student sections later. However there was big news from the University of Illinois today regarding its mascot. The university announced today that it will retire Chief Illiniwek following the last home men's basketball game when they host the Michigan Wolverines on Feb. 21 at Assembly Hall.
