(James) Green, the Delta Devils' coach, said the idea is to stick around in the second half and put UCLA under tremendous pressure. But there is the realization No.16 seeds are 0-92 in the NCAA Tournament.
"I've heard that, but I feel like we're the best No. 16 seed to ever be in the tournament," said (Mike) Davis, the reserve guard (from Los Angeles Verbum Dei High). "So there's a possibility for anything. We have to come out and play hard like we normally do. If an upset comes out of that, that's marvelous. If not, we know we gave it our best effort."
