Who has the glass slipper?

With half of the Sweet 16 spots set, there are some surprises and some powers left. #1 seeds who have escaped through to the sweet round include Kansas and home faves UCLA. One #2 seed has left the building via Duke being beat by a Huggins-coached West Virginia squad. But this is March Madness!!! Who cares about the top teams?! You want to hear about the little engine that could, you want to hear about the underdogs, you want to know who has that glass slipper this year that will be busting your bracket?

Well, you have to start down in Tampa, where you have two, TWO!!!, #12's and #13's playing for the right be in the Sweet 16. We have the Toreros of USD who disposed #4 UConn, we have Siena who took apart Vandy like a watch, then there was W Kentucky who barely outplayed Drake in OT, and lastly, there's Villanova who handled a hot Clemson Tigers team. Who are these teams you ask? The most recognizable team in my book is Villanova, who are about 10 years removed from their power years when Kerry Kittles was their star.

#7 West Virginia is the lowest seed through to the Sweet 16 thus far, let's see who will join them to the last 16. Let's see who will wear the slipper for another round and then let's see which "evil stepsister" (#1 seed) will leave first. Let's see!
