Rock Chalk Jayhawks: Kansas was the overwhelming favorite in this group.

Runner-Up: the most popular runners-up were: Kentucky with 15 selections, then West Virginia with eight.

All #1s: ten entrants picked all #1s to reach the Final Four, with eight of the nine choosing Kansas over Kentucky. William had Kentucky over Kansas; and A. had Kansas over Duke.

Bold.. or Risky?: Karen had the boldest final picks with 8-seed California over 6-seed Tennessee. Stgc Greg (Matthew's Dad) had 9-seed Louisville in the Final Four; Matthew had 4-seed Maryland reaching the Final Four; and Tamby had 4-seed Purdue in the Final Four

Only one selected? Really?: So what does Kansas domination in this group's picks mean? Despite a 2-seed and one of the best players in the country in Evan Turner, only Cynthia and Vi selected the Ohio State Buckeyes to come out of the Midwest Region and reach the Final Four. Georgetown, at a 3-seed, was selected only twice to reach the Final Four from the Midwest Region, with T.C. and and Laura selected the Hoyas.
